- Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
- Package the product(s) securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items.
- Clearly label the package with the provided return authorization number, if applicable.
- Ship the package back to the designated return address, using a trackable shipping method at your expense.
- Retain the shipping receipt and tracking information for your records.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated above. If the product(s) pass the inspection, we will process the refund as follows:
- For eligible returns, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 days after the product(s) are received and inspected.
- The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees, taxes, or duties paid at the time of purchase, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item shipped by us.
- If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product(s) back to you at your expense.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and cover any associated shipping costs.
- Non-Receipt of Order: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure your satisfaction.
